Registration Deadline without Fine: August 17, 2025 and August 18, 2025

Last Date for Course Drop:

• August 27, 2025 (Wednesday) with 100% adjustable refund
• September 03, 2025 (Wednesday) with 50% adjustable refund

Classes Start from: August 19, 2025 (Tuesday)

All newly admitted students of 253 batch would be required to pay an amount of Tk. 20,000/- as a partial payment of tuition fees and contact to the respective department for completing registration. They will have to pay the rest of their tuition & trimester fee in four equal installments at 25% rate.

Also, the Course Waiver / Credit transfer students are requested to submit course waiver application to the departments before starting the class.

All existing students are advised to clear all previous due amounts and complete their Self- Registration from UCAM.

Please note important points below-

• Each student has to register at least 14 credits to be eligible for scholarship/tuition fees waiver.
• Students having course retake/course withdrawal/F-grade issues must consult their mentors for course advising and registration.
• Students who missed or did not complete Pre-Advising/Advising/Course Evaluation properly must consult with the mentor for course advising and registration.
• Conflicts in the class schedule or exam schedule must be checked and avoided.

The students who will be unable to complete their self-registration are advised to come to the program office from 09:30 am to 04:00 pm on above mentioned days.
